ITM USA Corporate FAQs

How do I login?

You can find a "LogIn" link in the top menu bar of any page.

Once logged in, you will see all the products available for you to order.

How do I get to my account information after login?

After logging in you can access your account information through the pull down menu associated with your name at the top right of the page.

What do I do if I forget my password?

If you forgot your password you can retrieve or change it by using the "Forgot my password" link on the login page.

Who can place an order?

Only "Registered Users" can view products or place an order.

After you login to your account your product categories will be visible to you. If you wish to access your account history or previously saved custom print products you can use your personal account information in the menu bar of any page.

Will my account have a history of my orders?

Your account will automatically keep a list of your orders.

IMPORTANT!
When placing a customizable print order we recommend that you save each item you customize in our online designer.

Simply click the "Save" button on the bottom right of the proof review screen. This way whatever you customized will be saved for reorder or future editing.

How do I adjust the quantity of a product I wish to order?

Once you place the product you wish to order in your cart you can change the quantity by using the "Quantity" pull down menu. The quantity of any product you wish to order can be changed in the cart.

You can also remove a product from your cart completely. Your total price will automatically be adjusted for any changes made.

How will I know if a product is in stock?

If a product is not in stock or the quantity you order exceeds the stock available it will be indicated in you cart.

Please follow the onscreen instructions to lower the quantity or order the product at a later time.

How do I pay for my order?

Orders are paid for at checkout using your personal or company credit card.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Stock products such as apparel, bags and electronics usually shipped within 5 business days.
Personalized Print-on-Demand products such as business cards, postcards and flyers will usually ship within 5 to 7 business days.
Personalized Speciality Products such as mugs, signs and magnetic products usually ship within 15 business days.

What is the transit times of my order?

Transit Times are difficult to estimate in the age of Covid19. They can vary widely by location, time of year and weather conditions.

Please use the "Tracking Number" which you will receive by email upon shipment of your order to make plains to receive your package.

Will I have to pay for my order at checkout?

How your order is billed will depend on how your company has requested the system be setup.

Usually you are given an Accounting Code or Purchase Order number by your company administrator before you place the order.

You will then just enter the number in the appropriate place at checkout.

Your company may also choose to have individuals charge an order to their company credit card. However, the most widely used method is Accounting Code or Purchase Order Number.
